A community with a house at its heart

For centuries, the caravanserais of the Aegean opened their doors to travellers.

A bed, a table, a fire, and the company of people worth talking to.

LandCore carries that lineage forward. Aegean Quarter is the guesthouse we intend to build in Thessaloniki: we have not yet secured a site, and we will say so here until we have. What we are gathering around it, today, is a community of people who believe hospitality is a craft worth keeping alive.

Membership

A place at that table.

A LandCore membership is a place at that table. Members receive real benefits today — the founders' letters, the community, recognition in the Founders' Ledger — and a warm welcome when the house opens its doors: early booking windows, gatherings, and keepsakes that tie your name to the story of the place. Membership is not a claim on the building and does not depend on it: your access to the member area begins immediately, and the benefits tied to the house are delivered when the house opens. We do not promise a date.

Membership begins with a short form. Send it and the payment link arrives immediately; nobody is vetted and nobody is turned away.

How a membership begins

  • 01 You fill in the short form — a few minutes, and no account to create.
  • 02 The payment link arrives in your e-mail straight away.
  • 03 Your membership begins when you use it. Nothing is taken before that.

The badge

A record of belonging.

The Wayfarer, Caravan and Patron memberships include a digital badge on the Polygon blockchain, permanently linked to your member number. The badge cannot be transferred or sold. The artwork is the same for every member of your tier; your member number is recorded with the badge and shown in your member area. A Guest membership carries the permanent member number, without a badge.

The three marks

  • Wayfarer
  • Caravan
  • Patron
  • Your number Your member number is yours alone and is never given to anyone else. It is recorded with the badge and shown in your member area; it is not drawn on the artwork.
  • Not for sale The badge is personal and cannot be transferred to anyone else.

Our promise

Hospitality begins with honesty.

We publish a Transparency Report twice a year, so members always know how the community and the house are progressing.

  • Accounts A founder's account summary of LandCore OÜ, in plain language: the membership income received, and how it has been applied.
  • Membership The state of the membership programme — members welcomed, benefits delivered.
  • The house Milestones of the Aegean Quarter house.
  • Dates The first Transparency Report is published on 30 August 2026, and one follows every six months. The next is 28 February 2027.
