The House — Aegean Quarter

Aegean Quarter is the guesthouse we intend to build in Thessaloniki. We have not yet secured a site, and we will say so here until we have.

We know the house we want: stone that remembers the sun, courtyards that gather conversation, rooms that ask you to stay a little longer. It will be a boutique wellness house — a small number of rooms, a hammam-inspired bath, a kitchen rooted in the markets of the city, and a calendar of gatherings for the community around it.

Membership is not a claim on the building and does not depend on it: what you join today is the circle around the project, and your access to the member area begins immediately. Benefits tied to the house are delivered when the house opens. We do not promise a date.
