1. What membership is — and is not#
Membership is an annual community and service product: access to the LandCore member community, content, recognition and hospitality benefits as listed for your tier at the time of purchase.
Membership is not an investment, a security, a financial instrument or electronic money. Nothing on this site is an offer of any such product.
Membership grants no ownership, no share of profits, no dividends, no voting or governance rights, and no claim of any kind on the assets of LandCore OÜ or any affiliated company. Members are guests and community members — not shareholders.
2. Member number and membership badge#
Every membership includes a permanent member number. It is yours alone, it is shown in your member area, and it is never given to anyone else.
The Wayfarer, Caravan and Patron tiers also include a digital badge on the Polygon blockchain, permanently linked to your member number. Guest includes the member number only; no badge is issued for that tier.
The artwork is the same for every member of your tier. Your member number is recorded with the badge and shown in your member area; it does not appear on the artwork itself.
The badge is personal and non-transferable by design. It has no monetary value and cannot be sold, traded or assigned. Technical transfer is disabled permanently; there is no marketplace for it and never will be.
3. Benefits and tier upgrades#
Your membership is the set of benefits listed for your tier. It carries no balance, no credit and no redeemable value. It can never be exchanged for money, tokens, securities or any financial instrument, and it can never be transferred to another person.
You may move to a higher tier at any time during your membership year by paying the difference between the two tiers; your member number stays with you.
Membership fees are the consideration for the benefits listed for your tier. Beyond your statutory rights and the published Refund Policy, fees are not refundable.
4. Term and renewal#
Membership runs for one year from the day of purchase and is renewed by payment for a further year. We will e-mail a reminder before your renewal date. If a membership is not renewed, member-area access ends at the end of the paid period; a badge, where one was issued, is not revoked and remains a record of past membership.
5. Right of withdrawal#
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. Where you ask us to deliver digital benefits immediately, you will be asked to acknowledge that access before the end of the withdrawal period affects this right as described in the Refund Policy. On withdrawal or refund, any badge issued is revoked (burned), access ends, and your member number is retired — it is never given to anyone else.
6. Community conduct#
The member area is a shared table. We may suspend or cancel memberships used to harass others, break the law, or disrupt the community; statutory rights remain unaffected.
7. General#
These Terms are governed by Estonian law. We may update these Terms; material changes are announced to members by e-mail. If any clause is found invalid, the remainder stands.
