Transparency Report

Hospitality begins with honesty. Twice a year, we publish a Transparency Report for our members:

• a founder's account summary — a plain statement of the membership income received and how it was applied,
• the state of the membership programme (members welcomed, benefits delivered),
• where the Aegean Quarter house has got to.

The first report is published on 30 August 2026. After that we publish every six months; the next one is due on 28 February 2027.

Reports are addressed to members as members — a practice of good housekeeping in a community that deserves to know where the project stands.
