What we collect#

  • Application data: name, e-mail address, chosen tier, optional referral note.
  • Membership data: member number, tier, membership period, order references, content you post in the member area, directory visibility choice.
  • Payments: processed by Shopify; we never see or store your card details.
  • Badge data: a digital wallet is created for your e-mail by our wallet provider. The public ledger records only the wallet address, tier number, member number and a technical checksum — never your name or e-mail.
  • Operating your membership and the member area — performance of contract.
  • Sending membership e-mails (confirmations, renewal notices) — performance of contract; founders' letters — legitimate interest / consent, opt-out anytime.
  • Legal obligations — accounting and consumer law.

Processors#

Shopify (store and payments), our e-mail delivery provider, our hosting providers, and our embedded-wallet provider. Agreements per Art. 28 GDPR.

The public ledger#

The badge lives on a public blockchain. Entries there are pseudonymous (wallet address, tier, member number) and, by the nature of the technology, permanent: when a badge is revoked, the revocation is recorded, but the historical entry remains. No name or contact detail is ever written to the ledger.

Retention#

Application and membership records are kept for the life of the membership and then as long as accounting and consumer law require.

Your rights#

Access, rectification, erasure (within the limits above), restriction, portability, objection — e-mail info@landcore.tech. You may lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (AKI).

Member directory#

The directory is opt-in only, shows only your name, member number and tier, and can be switched off at any time in the member area.
