Your 14-day right of withdrawal#

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from your membership within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. E-mail info@landcore.tech from the address of your membership and we will refund your payment using the original payment method.

Digital benefits delivered immediately#

During checkout you can ask for immediate access to the digital benefits (member area, content). In that case you will be asked to expressly acknowledge that you request immediate performance; where the law provides, this affects the right of withdrawal for the digital content delivered. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

What happens on a refund#

• Your payment is returned via the original payment method.
• Member-area access ends.
• Any badge issued for your membership is revoked (burned).
• Your member number is retired. It is never given to anyone else — if you rejoin later, you receive a new number.
