LandCore — A community with a house at its heart
For centuries, the caravanserais of the Aegean opened their doors to travellers: a bed, a table, a fire, and the company of people worth talking to. LandCore carries that lineage forward. Aegean Quarter is the boutique wellness house we intend to build in Thessaloniki — we have not yet secured a site, and we will say so here until we have — and around it we are gathering a community of people who believe hospitality is a craft worth keeping alive.
Membership
A LandCore membership is a place at that table. Members receive real benefits today — the founders' letters, the community, recognition in the Founders' Ledger — and a warm welcome when the house opens its doors: early booking windows, gatherings, and keepsakes that tie your name to the story of the place. Membership is not a claim on the building and does not depend on it; benefits tied to the house are delivered when the house opens, and we do not promise a date.
Membership is by application. We read every application personally.
Your member number and badge
Every membership carries a permanent member number. It is a record of belonging — personal, permanent, and never for sale. Your member number is yours alone and is never given to anyone else.
The Wayfarer, Caravan and Patron tiers also include a digital badge on the Polygon blockchain, permanently linked to your member number. Guest includes the member number only. The artwork is the same for every member of a tier; your member number is recorded with the badge and shown in your member area.
Our promise
We publish a Transparency Report twice a year, so members always know where the project stands. Hospitality begins with honesty.
